We have implemented a new software, AppFolio, to better service our tenants. This Property Management software is designed to allow tenants to efficiently Pay Rent and submit Maintenance Requests.

Please select the appropriate Landlord to the left and login with the credentials you created with the initial tenant activation email.

AppFolio allows Tenants to efficiently Pay Rent via eCheck, Credit Card or link a bank account.

AppFolio allows for easy input Maintenance Requests, from HVAC to plumbing, all service requests can be submitted through the AppFolio portal.
